Joseph Franco is the Managing Partner of Franco Law.  Joseph graduated the Cardozo School of Law in 2014.  From 2014 to 2016, Joseph worked as an associate at Wachtel Missry LLP, where he represented banks and private lenders in real estate secured loans.  While at Wachtel Missry, Joseph also represented investors and sponsors in negotiating partnership and joint venture agreements.  From 2016 to 2021, Joseph worked as an associate at the Law Offices of David Augenstein, where he represented real estate developers, investors, private lenders and entrepreneurs.  In 2021, Joseph founded Franco Law, where he continues to serve clients' real estate and corporate needs.

Abe Hammerman is a real estate associate at Franco Law.  Abe graduated Touro College, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Business.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2020.  Abe is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar.  From 2021 to 2023 Abe worked for a nationally recognized title company where he processed both commercial and residential files for purchases, sales and refinances.  In 2023 Abe joined Franco Law where he applies his title knowledge and real estate experience to serve clients’ needs.

Saul Ancona focuses in the multifaceted areas of real estate and cryptocurrency law. A Juris Doctor graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Saul also holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Business from New York University. Currently serving on the team at Franco Law PLLC, he is in the process of obtaining bar admission to practice law in the State of New York.  Saul has carved out a niche in SIM swap and cryptocurrency exchange fraud, where he has assisted in significant settlements with industry-leading cryptocurrency exchanges and major mobile carriers.  Building on a family legacy in real estate, Saul bring hands-on experience to a wide range of real estate issues.
